This custom database produced in Microsoft Access tracks incoming orders, allocates line items to subcontractors, calculates costs and payments, and produces detailed reports for each job and subcontractor.
Learning Production Group Customer Billing
This complex relational database produced in Filemaker Pro performs the enitre job tracking and billing process for a large organisation. All staff access the online database to enter new jobs for a large number of clients. Staff time and materials are calculated. Data files are output monthly to interface with a large mainframe system. This database has streamlined a previusly very time consuming and error prone process. Valuable management information reports are produced.
Hardware and Software Database
This database records the purchase of computer equipment and software and tracks each items location and use. This enables management to know the location and value of its purchases and to ensure it meets all copyright and insurance needs.
