Website Usability is the study of what makes websites easy and desirable to use by the target users of the website. TLN Enterprises has been researching and studying this field at the postgraduate University level and in practice for over five years.
We can apply this knowledge to benefit your business in the following ways:
- Evaluation of your website against research-based usability guidelines. This is also called an "expert review". We will produce a report which provides insight into how well your site is serving the needs and expectations of your customers.
- Testing your website with typical target users to determine if they find it easy to use and understand. You will learn if your website engaging your customers or turning them away.
